Incredibly well preserved one-page, hand-written letter in black ink from Hall of Fame pitcher Lefty Grove to a fan, written on May 1, 1932. Grove has signed the letter on Boston’s Brunswick Hotel stationery with a perfect 9/10 signature with his added notation "Philadelphia Athletics 1932.” The cordial content includes the sentiment, “…sorry that our team is not going so good now but we will get started and we will go [get] them.” The letter itself is in great condition and is nicely matted and framed with its original transmittal envelope hand addressed by Grove. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
