The 1932 Fall Classic features two juggernauts in the New York Yankees and Chicago Cubs. The '32 season would mark the 29th edition of the World Series, where the Yankees would go on to sweep the Cubs in four games to none. This Deiges & Clust Chicago Cubs press pin remains in excellent condition and comes with the original cardboard casing. The pin features the Cubs logo along with "1932" horizontally and "CUBS" above with "PRESS" designation below. The pins would have been distributed to members of the media by the host teams which would have given reporters access to games. The rear is stamped with "DIEGES & CLUST" and "G.F." denoting its manufacturer and makeup. A beautiful and scarce example.
