After falling to Connie Mack's second great dynasty in 1930, the Cards avenged that loss in 1931 in a nail-biting seven game Fall Classic. Offered is an Official National League (Heydler) Spalding baseball that owns 22 signatures from the World Championship St. Louis Cardinals team from 1931. Key hall of famers appearing on the ball include, Jesse Haines, Jim Bottomley and Chick Hafey. Other notables include Orsatti, Hallahan, Stout, Johnson, Derringer, Them, Mancuso, Street, Flowers, Martin and Wilson. All of the autographs are in black 6-8/10 pen and the ball has some mild toning that is common for a ball that's nearly a century in age. Accompanied by a full LOA from JSA.
