Joining this identification is " Photo. by Bain News Service" stamping, establishing this shot as the work of noted baseball photographer George Bain, one of the most celebrated baseball photographers of his generation. A printed "Ruth" appears in the upper left margin on the front. Photo measures 4"x6" in size. A small dog-ear affects the tip of the top right corner, otherwise EX-MT.
