S81 Silk of Hall of Famer and New York Giants legend Christy Mathewson, image shows Christy in a classic pitching pose with his name and team printed below. Silk has some soiling throughout which has darked the overall look of the silk. A few stains are present, the most dramatic of which are two round brown stains just above the green grass. An additional stain is located above right of Christy's right ear and is about 1/2" long. Silk has evidence of being sewn around the edges with stitch holes and fraying. Ready for framing and display.
