Chappelle played for both the Brooklyn Tip-Tops, Cincinnati Reds, and Boston Doves and although not a star player of his day, this in-action image of the pitcher really pops with the bold red background. Chappelle did grind out 10 seasons in the Minor Leagues. Graded EX 5 by PSA.
