Similar to the famous Allen & Ginter N28 and N29 sets, the Kimball issue also features many of the prominent athletes of the period. Fronts show a full color portrait of the subject along with the athlete in action. Backs have a checklist along with an ad for Kimball cigarettes. Included in the set are baseball players James O’Neil PSA 4 VG-EX, E. A. Burch PSA 5 EX, Dell Darling PSA 6 EX-MT, and Hardie Henderson PSA 5(MC) EX along with Sharpshooter Annie Oakley PSA 6 EX-MT and Boxer John L. Sullivan PSA 5 EX. Also included are 9 additional cards with the Kimball ad appearing on the front-Beach, Blatt, Cockburn, Ferrell, McLaughlin, Myers, Page, Ross, Wessels. Set appears mainly VG to EX with most cards measuring about 1/1/2” by 2 11/16”.
