Appealing medium condition GAI 5 EX card of 19th Century Hall of Famer Cap Anson. Anson played professionally 27 years(5 in the National Association) starting in 1871 and held the vast majority of National League hitting records upon his retirement in 1897. All of his time in the National League was spent with Chicago, a team he guided to 5 first place finishes. Nice photographic image with all of Anson's features visible. Corner wear with some chipping at tips seemingly responsible for the EX grade. Clean front and back. Well centered. For their part, PSA has rated only 3 cards better than a "5".
