Featured here is a highly sought after copy of the 1885 National League "Constitution and Playing Rules" by Spalding. Due to the importance to the history and development of professional baseball, 19th century baseball collectors are keen on procuring a copy or collection of copies. Presented is "1885 Constitution and Playing Rules of the National League of Professional Base Ball Clubs." Cover shows some wear with a bend in three of the four corners. Binding is still in tact and is on it's last leg but the rear cover is not attached and will still accompany the book.
