Absolutely beautiful 1877 Joseph Wood Studio Team Composite of the National League Champion Boston Red Stockings. Boston was led by 3 Hall of Famers, Harry Wright on the bench with George Wright and Jim O'Rourke in the field. Early National League pitching star Tommy Bond posted a 40-17 record, leading the league in Wins, ERA, Winning PCT, SO, Shutouts, fewest hits per 9 innings and fewest walks per 9 innings. Colorful 19th century star Deacon White took most of the batting honors leading the league in AVG, Slugging, Total Bases, RBIs, Hits, and Triples. Front definitely NM+ or better with sharp, very clear player photo images. Very clean with no wear to any of the corners. Appears the card was once in an album and the removal left some light white streaking on the reverse, which would result in a lower technical grade. Card size 2 1/2" by 4 1/8". The best in the hobby as this is the only one handled by PSA with just 1 FR 20 rated by SGC.
